Oh, Noes! Black Screen! I can't Play!!!

Hello darlings.

Got a black screen? Worry not. Here's how to fix it in 99.9% of times.

1 Make sure your monitor is turned on.

2 Ensure that your browser is allowing Flash and that you have the latest version of Flash installed.

Flash? Yes, that pesky little thing scary ladies in suits tell you to turn off in museums is what allows you to play the game.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/   <---here is the link to download flash.

Now, let's see what we need to make sure it's turned on.

In chrome, there are two possible scenarios that show up. From what I could see one comes up with https in the URL, the other without it. Removing https usually results in less issues so I'd advise to do that regardless, but you can, in theory, play with it. (https is known to prevent you from playing using PUFFIN. So remove it if you're using that)

I think the two pictures are pretty straightforward, so I won't bother to walk you through in writing as well.

Keep in mind that this assumes you are using Google Chrome as your browser. IF you're using some other browser I'll leave to figure out how to enable flash by yourself. IF you can't, just get Chrome. If you can't figure out how to make another browser work and you don't want to get chrome because you're a sad person who hates colours, then you're on your own.

IF you're using Chrome but none of the buttons in the pictures above show up and you can't get the game to work, you are welcome to post here how your screen looks like so that we can figure out how to fix your black screen issue.

IF you're stuck on the loading screen, then clear cookies and cache, and make sure your internet connection is stable and strong. This game is very heavy on your bandwidth. If like me you live in an area with poor or slow internet, or if your sister/mother/cousin/neighbour is using the same connection to watch funny cat videos on youtube in HD you may experience trouble loading the game from time to time.

I hope this helps.

Is there any plan to change to HTML5 or something? Flash is being disable or stop being support soon. It probably still work but any "bug" report or update will die out.

I have a black screen in mozilla firefox, any solution to be able to play the game normally as before before all that problem came? Or do I have to play now in Google Chrome?

Like the guide says to get rid of the blank screen you need to make sure flash has permission to run, your flash/browser is up to date, you've removed https from your url, and you've given your browser and flash permission to run without a secure connection. You will most likely have to fiddle with your browser settings to make sure that it has permission. As I don't use firefox I can't give step by step instructions, but I'm sure google has all the info you need.

As stated above - you need to make sure https is removed from your browser's url.
