It doesn't seem to be that way, I'm vip 3 but I still get one fragment. Perhaps a vip4/5 will come up posting a picture of the rewards.

Also, about escort. If I upgrade my ship, will it remain that level forever or only for one escort?

When the captain is inactive for 7 days, does one need to do something in order to have the leadership change? Because ours has been inactive for 7 days but he's still captian...

i think first mate can become captain but im not sure of the procedure

My Captain was inactive for 7 days and since i was his first-mate, I became the new captain automaticaly.

Thankfully not, since the first mate has been inactive for 9 days.

we had to wait until the 8th day of inactivity started to get it passed on.

It's me again, sorry but it seems I have lots of questions

Right now I'm buying sea soul blueprints to make my items. I noticed there are Inferno blueprints in the shop avaiable for coupons. Is it the only way to get them? And will there be other items later on or is the inferno set the best one?
In short: should I start saving to buy those blueprints?

When do I unlock dials? I'm currently level 65 but there is no more "next function unlocked will be x at level y" on my page

for gears sets, if u r free player, make sea souls sets and save coupons for inferno sets; if u can get so much coupons like 10k, just save ancient coins, cuz u need them for inferno.
as u know, sea soul gears require blueprint+materials from exchange shop, all these u can get by ancient coins; and inferno gears, u can only buy blueprint by coupons and other materials from exchange shop.
u can upgrade inferno to ultimate inferno, and ultimate to heaven, and heaven to light, u can get the materials from pirate trial lvl 70+
the best set so far is light, so dont focus too much on sea soul sets, try to get as much u can from inferno gears and beat pirate trial stages to get the materials u need to upgrade inferno gears.dials open at lvl 66; check here to know more features lvl requirements:
