Update!
It happened again a few minutes ago, with the Dark Mage. She dodged an attack from Kalifa (during CP9 event) during the 3rd turn.
In my team I have Dark Mage, Ace and Machvise in the first row and Enel and Marco in the second row. The enemy team was the standard level 3 Kalifa event team.
I'm at level 73, with 727 Block and 110 Hardening.

I've used it. His Ogi can enable dodging? It has only a weakening effect, right?
