tavern rebate bug

As you can see in the picture, I didn't claim any rewards, actually I didn't even know there is such an event and today when I tried to claim them it said reward already claimed. But I didn't claim them.

Can you please provide your UID, IGN, and Server - and if possible can you take a screenshot when it says that the items are already claimed?

that s how since the beginning of the event while i didn't recrute 100 times. Then when i recruit, it s stuck at "100 times" and i can't claim anything.It seems that the event didn't clear well because the 100 times recruit match the number of times i recruited during the last tavern rebate event.
