his issue is just a network connection. It takes him "hours" to download it when it takes me and everyone else I've asked like 10 seconds.

If you're getting an error message you're attempting to use the wrong client. Delete all existing versions of the client on your computer including those in your download folder and then and ONLY then re-download the new client linked on page one.

Sadly there is no client for mac - I can ask about one, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I suggest looking around for a flash addon or a browser that still has an old version of flash in it.

If the newest client is saying flash expired - you're using the wrong client. Delete all existing versions of flash on your computer including those in your download folder and then and ONLY then download the newest client.

It might be helpful if you explain how it doesn't work. I assume you're getting an error message with something along the lines of need to update flash or something? If so, you're using the wrong client.
